We currently run active processes in Poland and Croatia, and we evaluate every new destination with the same standard: the process has to be legal, verifiable, and sustainable for the person living it.

We don't charge for access to a job posting or promise a guaranteed spot. What we offer is full process management: profile validation, document preparation, application to the matching process, and support through to the work permit.
Processes subject to profile evaluation
Not every profile qualifies for every process. That's why the first step is always validation: we review each person's immigration status, legal standing, and availability before moving forward, so we never set expectations about a process that doesn't apply to their case.

Gustavo Soto is the Founder & CEO and Director of International Partnerships at IMMIGRATION LATAM GROUP Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. He also serves as a mediator before the Supreme Court of the State of New York. From Warsaw, he leads the company’s international expansion and the development of strategic partnerships in Poland, Croatia, Montenegro, and the United States. His work focuses on opening new markets, building business relationships, and coordinating international labor mobility processes between Latin America, Europe, and North America. His vision is to build bridges between people, companies, and countries by promoting international processes based on legality, transparency, and responsibility.
