Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 17/08/2026

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Immigration Latam Group website (the "Site"), operated by Immigration Latam Group (the "Company"), an employment management and immigration advisory firm based in Bogotá, Colombia, dedicated to guiding Latin American candidates through formal employment processes in Europe (Poland, Croatia, and Montenegro).

Using the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the Site.

2. Nature of the service

Immigration Latam Group provides advisory, management, and support services for labor mobility processes to Europe. The Site allows candidates to validate their profile and start this process; it does not constitute a firm job offer or a promise of employment, visa, or work permit.

Every process is subject to a prior evaluation of the candidate's profile, the legal requirements of the destination country, and the actual availability of openings with partner employers. The Company does not sell job openings and does not charge simply for validating a profile.

3. Use of the Site

Users agree to use the Site lawfully, without engaging in conduct that could damage, disable, or overload the Site, or that could prevent its normal use by third parties.

By completing any form on the Site (profile validation, quick sign-up, contact), the user declares that the information provided is true, accurate, and up to date, and authorizes the Company to contact them through the channels provided (email, phone, or WhatsApp) to process their request.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's content (text, graphics, logos, icons, images) is owned by Immigration Latam Group or by third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.

5. Third-party links

The Site may include links to third-party sites (for example, social media or WhatsApp). The Company does not control and is not responsible for the content or policies of such external sites.

6. Limitation of liability

The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site's information updated and available, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. The Company is not liable for decisions made by users based on information published on the Site, without prejudice to the direct advisory support provided within each formally started process.

7. Changes

The Company may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, together with its last-updated date.

8. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
